Absolutely delighted (aka running around the house shrieking) to learn that this picture sold at the Windermere Art Society exhibition yesterday!

Called ‘Ladies Who Munch’, it’s a charcoal drawing of two Herdwick sheep I photographed in a field near Keswick in the Lake District a few years ago.

This is my first ever “proper” art sale (the previous one was in a charity art auction) so I’m really happy and excited. I hope whoever bought it gets as much enjoyment from hanging it on their wall as I did from drawing it!
