It’s all hands on deck this weekend preparing for this year’s exhibition. I never realised how much sheer hard work was involved in terms of designing and putting up the stands, hanging all the pictures and getting all the other displays, payment systems, front desk etc set up. Hats off to the members who’ve been most involved!
The preview is tomorrow night (the Mayor might be coming!) and the exhibition opens its doors 10.30 am on Monday.
I dashed round earlier and although the hanging hasn’t been finalised there are already some amazing artworks to see (including six of mine) so it’s going to be well worth a look. Do pop in and see us if you’re in the area. There’s free entry, free parking, and a warm welcome assured!
